As you might imagine, getting the Shisui Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker DLC means getting the character in-game. The Hidden Leaf Village’s Ninjutsu Library will have him as a master. Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A demo is available. Shisui Uchiha, Neji Hyuga, and Kakashi Hatake (Double Sharigan) are the first three of five characters added to the game via the Season Pass 3.
